Our Second Annual Wellness Expo showcased the growt h of our mission, with expanded interactive booths and evidence-informed wellness experiences that invited guests to engage, learn, and connect. The event reflected our ongoing commitment to bringing holistic healing to the heart of Eastern North Carolina.

Our first wellness expo brought together local practitioners, holistic vendors, and community members to explore natural therapies and integrative health. Guests participated in interactive booths, educational talks, and demonstrations on gut health, breathwork, and nutrition.
